What to include
Identify the product page, the affected source, what appears incorrect, and a link or document that verifies the requested change. Do not send passwords, payment details, or unrelated personal information.
How requests are handled
We verify the request against source and provenance records, preserve an audit trail, exclude or correct affected material, rerun publication gates, and regenerate every public representation together.
