- Description: We arrive at the summit at the same time as the rain. We take out of the backpack, our compact protective jacket in Pertex® Shield X Light. Ultra light and resistant to abrasion, it effectively protects us from bad weather while remaining very breathable (20 K/20 K). We adjust the cuffs, the bottom of the jacket and the hood on the helmet before continuing our race. The central double-slider zip allows us to easily access the harness. We move comfortably thanks to the flexibility of the jacket and the raglan sleeves which offer great mobility. The two large red and blue V-shaped chest pockets allow us to keep our small equipment close at hand. We appreciate the integrated RECCO system for added safety.
