## Aggregate verdict

Buy this for running or travel when low weight, soft fabric, and compact packing matter more than storage. Owners generally report solid protection in wind and light-to-moderate rain, but one found its limit in heavy rain and breathability experiences differ. Fit ranges from close to loose, and the complete absence of pockets is the clearest practical drawback.
