## Aggregate verdict

Buy this for running, cycling, travel, or emergency rain protection when tiny packed size and low weight are essential. Owners report good rain and wind performance with comfortable breathability, including one long downpour. Fit and closures are less settled: sizing can run roomy, and the nonadjustable cuffs, hem, and partly secure hood may frustrate runners.
